Our own little story.

Welcome to the Abacus Services. We enjoy helping private clients and businesses grow and prosper. Our team is trained to run all payroll types to provide the most relevant and up to date information.

In 1990, we recognised the need for a dedicated Payroll Department to efficiently manage employer taxes and compliance. Through careful research and assembling a skilled team, using up-to-date software technology we started delivering an efficient payroll service.

We currently provide payroll services to businesses of all sizes including hospitality, tourism, Construction industry along with medical practices and more.

In 2023, we introduced electronic payslips that integrate our payroll system with PayDashboard – a cloud payslip delivery portal. This allows the automated delivery of payslips to employees electronically, ensuring secure delivery and positively impacting the environment by reducing paper waste.

Fiona became member of the team in 2001 when she started as trainee.

As Payroll Manager, Fiona supervises the team and with her expertise ensures accurate and timely payrolls are delivered to our customers.

Karen joined Abacus in 2012 and became a valued member of the team

Karen, a seasoned assistant with many years of experience assists employers with their statutory compliance and ensuring the timely delivery of monthly payroll reports.
